Delivery Information

At I Think You’re Special we pride ourselves on offering a top quality delivery service with fast turnarounds on even the trickiest items to create. We ask you read the following information to ensure there are no disappointments on dispatch times and delivery costs.

Our delivery timescales are dependent on the type of item we are creating for you. Ready-made items (non-personalised) can be dispatched much faster than an item that requires personalisation to make it unique to you. We have a general guideline below, although please note there are many reasons why the processing of an order may be delayed including incorrect or missing delivery details.

If personalisation details seem incorrect (ie. an obvious spelling mistake) we will contact you to clarify before anything is printed. Note that although we try to catch any errors, we do ask that on ordering your items you check the spelling and punctuation before checking out. The same applies to the entry of delivery addresses.


General Delivery Guideline

Below is a general guideline on how long you might expect to wait for your item to arrive. Our delivery timescales are normally very quick, however there can sometimes be a delay with production, stock or our delivery service (Royal Mail or one of our couriers).

  • Non-Personalised Items
  • Dispatch Time: 1 – 2 Working Days
  • Delivery Time: 1 – 3 Workings Days
  • Maximum Wait Time (from order to your door): 5 Working Days
  • Personalised Items
  • Dispatch Time: 2 – 4 Working Days
  • Delivery Time: 1 – 3 Workings Days
  • Maximum Wait Time (from order to your door): 7 Working Days

General P&P Guidelines

We do our very best to ensure our items are packed securely and padded where needed for each delivery to arrive in one piece. If your item has arrived broken please send us a clear photo of the damage by email to so that we may resolve any issues as quickly as possible.

We currently have a FREE POSTAGE special offer on all deliveries across our shop. No need to enter any promotional codes or qualify with minimum orders; it’s all free!

We offer a first class and second class option for our delivery services. Any FREE postage items will be delivered second class.

  • Small Packages: ie. Cards, Prints, Cushion Covers, Etc
  • Average postage cost: £1.50
  • Medium Packages: ie. Mugs, Plaques, Wall Decals, Etc
  • Average postage cost: £3.25
  • Large Packages: ie. Canvas, Framed Prints, Etc
  • Average postage cost: £4.50

On check out you will see the delivery fees that will be included with your order. Any orders over the cost of £50.00 are delivered for free, unless we have any other special offer active in which case a lower minimum order will negate the £50.00 requirement.

We make the ordering process as simple as possible by allowing you to personalise your items directly on the product page. If you're unsure whether we can use certain special characters, just ask! ×
Add items to your wishlist when you create an account and you can order them at a later date or keep an eye on products that might be out of stock when you first spot them. ×
We use Paypal for all payments, making the checkout process a piece of cake. No need for a Paypal account, simply pop in your card details and you're good to go! ×
